Due to the high and ever-increasing standard rates and disbursement charges in large regional and national law firms, it has become increasingly difficult for large law firms to handle anything but the largest of litigation matters "economically." Often, the cost of litigation itself becomes a major factor in the dispute resolution process. Because of our size, and our lower overhead, our standard hourly rates are considerably less than the rates of our peers at the larger firms.  Furthermore, we are committed to a cost effective approach towards litigation and dispute resolution that always places the client's interest first in determining how best to staff and pursue a case. 

On a highly selective basis, the firm considers alternative fee arrangements.
