• Represented latex glove manufacturer in a number of federal and state latex glove product liability litigations in which plaintiff health care workers have alleged generally that the use of the client’s latex gloves in a hospital setting have caused them to suffer from a latex allergy.

• Successfully defended Fortune 500 company against claims that the paint it had sold to the plaintiff was defective. Following limited discovery, court dismissed action on motion for summary judgment.
