Antitrust
- Represented Japanese manufacturer of certain vitamins and its American subsidiary in class action matter alleging price-fixing. Aggressive strategy of seeking dismissal of the case for lack of jurisdiction and failure to serve the complaint in timely manner, resulted in a favorable financial settlement.
- Represented boat service business which had been prevented by a local marina from servicing boats docked at the marina in favor of the marina’s own service center. Obtained a preliminary injunction against the marina preventing it from interfering with the client’s ability to serve his customers at the marina.
- Guided the defense and response of Massachusetts-based contractor target of out-of-state anti-trust grand jury probe, which investigation was eventually closed.
